About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Assistant to join our Brighton practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Care Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. This will include managing the practice diary, triaging emergency appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will also be responsible for processing repeat prescription orders, updating client records, and ensuring the practice is ready for opening and closing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent client-facing and reception skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and be diplomatic when needed. You will also need to have good numeracy skills, with the ability to manage payments and cash up. Experience of working as part of a team and building positive working relationships is also essential.
