Job Overview

We're seeking a motivated and people-first individual to join our Retail team in Abbotsinch. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll work 16 hours a week, providing exceptional service to customers and helping them find the perfect mattress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, listening to customers' needs and guiding them to find the right product.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their sleep preferences and recommend the perfect mattress using our market-leading sleep technology, Sleepmatch.
  • Help maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, ensuring displays are updated and the store looks its absolute best.
