At Jaguar Land Rover, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation and redefining excellence in the automotive industry. As a Maintenance Technician in our Press Shop, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the Press Shop team to maintain zero losses to production and achieve scorecard metrics such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures by identifying safety hazards and risks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and document standardized work and stable production processes according to standard operating procedures.
  • Promote a 'continuous improvement' mindset by raising ideas to achieve quality standards.
  • Regularly check essential equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Time served Electrical-Multi Skilled maintenance technician.
  • Problem-solving skills, specializing in root cause analysis.
  • PLC experience - ideally Siemens (S5, S7, S7 TIA) & Pilz systems.
  • Robotic programming - Kawasaki & ABB Robotics (S4->IRC5).
  • Electrical drawings (E-Plan, etc).
