Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our Water Engineering team in Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and management of water infrastructure projects, including highways drainage and SUDs features.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from feasibility studies to detailed design and construction management. You will be responsible for creating detailed designs, managing NEC contracts, and performing financial project management.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in civil engineering, particularly in water infrastructure and project management. You should have experience working on the design and management of water infrastructure and/or non-infrastructure upgrade schemes.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and diverse group of engineers and professionals, and to contribute to the development of innovative solutions for water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and management of water infrastructure projects, including highways drainage and SUDs features.
  • Create detailed designs, manage NEC contracts, and perform financial project management.
  • Work with a team of engineers and professionals to develop innovative solutions for water infrastructure projects.
  • Manage junior staff and check work to ensure CDM compliance throughout design and construction.
Requirements
  • Civil engineering degree qualified.
  • Experience working on the design and management of water infrastructure and/or non-infrastructure upgrade schemes.
  • Obtained or working towards Chartered Engineer Status.
