Key Account Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Developer to join our team at SA Technologies.
**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work as a Business Growth Specialist, responsible for identifying and nurturing potential client relationships. The ideal candidate will be skilled in prospecting, lead qualification, appointment setting, and CRM management.
- Prospecting: Identify potential clients through email, social media, and cold calls, leveraging industry knowledge to expand our IT outsourcing services sector.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads using specific criteria, ensuring alignment with our IT outsourcing offerings.
- Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings and demos with qualified prospects for the sales team, maintaining high attendance through diligent follow-up and effective communication skills.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in the CRM, updating statuses and tracking key metrics to optimize sales performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in tech-related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales tools.
- Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
