We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at WSH Group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our clients and customers.

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef. You will also oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station, maintain high quality standards, and collaborate with the head chef to develop and taste new recipes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience working as a Commis Chef or similar role, knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines, strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, and excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
