Finance Coordinator

A finance administrator position is available at BAM UK & Ireland, which requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail. This role involves a combination of working from home and the Camberley office. BAM operates a flexible working policy.
This position plays a key part in a small team handling a high volume of transactions. It's essential to be focused on delivery and collaborate closely with stakeholders like Procurement and Commercial to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
The responsibilities include validating invoice data, identifying duplicates, and coordinating credit notes. You'll also need to deal with supplier queries efficiently, manage the team mailbox, and forward PDF invoices to the OCR system. Additionally, you may assist with ad-hoc department projects and reconcile supplier statements.
