We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Anderselite. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of major infrastructure projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project contractual and commercial requirements, as well as the ability to demonstrate confidence and expertise in dispute resolution and risk profiling.

You will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of project contractual and commercial requirements
  • Performing value management and cost control
  • Preparing accurate draft sub-contracts and/or approving such drafts as prepared by subordinates
  • Arranging payments and valuing completed work
  • Promoting and maintaining strong relationships with clients to agree valuations and complex variations
