About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Data Science Engineer to join our AI organization in London, UK. As a key member of our Intelligent Systems team, you'll work closely with global product and engineering teams to drive innovation powered by data science, machine learning, and AI decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be a curious, ambitious, and razor-sharp engineer with a passion for technology and a keen interest in building machine learning data pipelines that ingest data and productionize machine learning models in the cloud. You'll have solid programming experience in Python and a solid fundamental knowledge of data querying and manipulation using SQL.

What You'll Do

  1. You'll build, maintain, and manage data pipelines that support the modeling initiatives of data scientists.
  2. You'll work closely with data scientists and engineering teams to productionize machine learning models.
  3. You'll contribute to the development of the Builder Knowledge Graph.
  4. You'll design unique solutions to ensure GenAI LLM models in our pipeline have the data they need and are able to integrate with automated and human workflows efficiently.
  5. You'll engineer scalable solutions in the cloud using methodologies such as service-oriented architectures, containerized applications, and lambdas.

Requirements

  • A higher university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
  • Solid programming experience in general-purpose programming languages, with a focus on Python.
  • Software engineering experience applied to productionizing machine learning or building data pipelines.
  • Fundamental knowledge of data querying and manipulation using SQL.
  • Practical ML experience in R&D, commercial, or academic projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
