Trainee Nursing Assistant Role

HC-One is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Trainee Nursing Assistant. As a Trainee Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our experienced nursing team to deliver exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of care to residents, including administering medicines, wound care, and catheter care.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of kindness and respect.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or working towards)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care, with leadership responsibilities and experience in administering medicines.
  • Knowledge and understanding of person-led care planning and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
