SEN Learning Facilitator

Connex Education is seeking a skilled SEN Learning Facilitator to support students with complex needs in our specialized SEND school.
This role offers a highly competitive daily rate of £150 - £170, with weekly PAYE payments and flexible working arrangements.
Job SummaryAs an SEN Learning Facilitator, you will work closely with teachers to provide academic and personal care support, promoting social and emotional development and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring tailored learning experiences for each student.
- Provide individualized support to students with complex needs, adapting lessons to meet their unique requirements.
- Document and track student progress, utilizing data-driven insights to inform instructional decisions.
- Proven experience working with children with complex needs, demonstrating a commitment to child safeguarding.
- Relevant qualifications in special educational needs, education, healthcare, or childcare, showcasing exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Capability to provide sensitive personal care, prioritizing the well-being and dignity of each student.
- A highly competitive daily rate of £150 - £170.
