Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at AC Hotels by Marriott Inverness. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained throughout our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to achieve exceptional results in room cleaning, linen management, and other related tasks.
  • Analyze guest feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness within the housekeeping department.
  • Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering results.
