Job Title: Counsellor Support Specialist
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
We are seeking a highly skilled Counsellor Support Specialist to join our team in Hinckley, Leicestershire. As a Counsellor Support Specialist, you will provide an efficient and effective telephone counselling service to all callers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client's products, including counselling support, legal advice, and medical helplines.
You will be responsible for directing service users to the appropriate person and managing expectations at all times. You will also work with a variety of individuals and presenting issues, including those who are distressed and/or at risk.
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
