At Excelcare Holdings, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Castlemead Court Care Home in Newport Pagnell.

As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents, working alongside and mentoring a team of Care Assistants to ensure that outstanding care is delivered at all times.

The ideal candidate will have two years' experience as a Care Assistant or Senior Care Assistant with an NVQ 2/3 qualification in Health and Social Care, or three years' experience without an NVQ. They will also have experience in a nursing or care home, or as a home care worker, and a good understanding of regulatory frameworks, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

We offer a competitive salary, 28 days' holiday including bank holidays, free on-site parking, and a comprehensive induction programme. We also provide funded qualifications via the apprenticeship programme and a refer a friend scheme rewarding £500 for every person you refer.

  • Salary: £12.60 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
  • 36 or 48 hours a week – 3 or 4 X 12 hour shifts
  • Day OR night shifts available from 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday. You must be able to work alternate weekends
