Job Description: As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing routine and emergency repairs to mechanical equipment, collaborating with supervisors to schedule maintenance work, and conducting regular maintenance on plant service equipment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine and emergency repairs to mechanical equipment, using advanced technical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
  2. Collaborate with supervisors to schedule maintenance work, utilizing the scheduled maintenance control system.
  3. Conduct regular maintenance on plant service equipment, including vessels and cooling towers, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  4. Monitor the workplace environment, reporting and repairing faulty equipment to maintain a safe working area.
  5. Evaluate and ensure adequate stock levels of engineering consumables are maintained.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in a similar role.
