Job Summary:

Wood is seeking a highly skilled Measurement Expert to join our Measurement Allocation and Auditing team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in pursuing opportunities and providing measurement support, guidance, and training to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide measurement expertise in flow quality measurement, utilizing a broad range of technologies.
  • Develop and implement measurement strategies to ensure accurate and reliable measurement results.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their measurement needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, including ISO, AGA, and AGI measurement standards and calculations.
  • Conduct uncertainty analysis and equipment testing and qualification.
  • Support commercial activities, including production agreements and regulatory permits.
  • Investigate and report on allocation disputes.
  • Develop and maintain process simulation models.

Requirements:

  • PhD, Degree, or equivalent in a relevant subject.
  • Significant industry experience in flow measurement and a recognized expert in the industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, including API, AGA, GPA, ASTM, ISO, EI, OIML, GOST, etc.
