About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Content Producer to join our team at Ascential plc, a leading global company that takes the world's leading brands to the heart of what's next for their industries.

As a Content Producer, you will play a crucial role in producing and delivering high-quality long-form content, including podcasts, vodcasts, and online video courses. You will work closely with our onsite studio and broadcast team to manage production meetings, review briefs, and ensure that all content meets the highest standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and processing briefs from key stakeholders to ensure that all content requirements are met
  • Kickstarting production with the in-house studio team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Sourcing and booking external freelancers to support content creation
  • Organising the studio's schedule and timelines for filming and editing to ensure efficient production
  • Managing production meetings and reviewing briefs to guarantee that all needs are met
  • Managing small and medium budgets for specific productions to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Preparing and distributing briefing notes, scripts, and storyboards to ensure clear communication
  • Booking studios, equipment, talent, and staff for video productions to ensure seamless execution
  • Reviewing footage and recommending content edits to ensure high-quality output
  • Staying up-to-date with video and audio best practices for long-form content on platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Podcast
About You

We're looking for a candidate with previous experience in producing long-form content, either in-house corporate or in agency. You should have a proven track record of reviewing scripts and content, showcasing a confident editorial eye when recommending amends to ensure top-quality output. Additionally, you should be comfortable dissecting a brief to understand the requirements and ensuring deliverables meet the brief.
