HR Administrator Job Opportunity

Law Staff Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join their team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of the HR department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating HR administrative duties, including recruitment processing, new starter inductions, and payroll administration.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including holidays, sickness, and leavers.
  • Handling internal and external enquiries relating to HR matters.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR Manager and Chief People's Officer.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months administration experience, preferably within a HR environment.
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Attention to detail and a professional, confidential manner.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a hardworking team environment.
