Key Responsibilities- The successful candidate will provide expert project and improvement knowledge to support the coordination, scoping, and implementation of work streams under the Right People Programme.
- To ensure projects are established, run, and monitored within the Trust's Programme Management Office governance framework.
- To develop effective partnership working with key service providers, internal managers, and other stakeholders in relation to projects.
- To identify, assess, and manage complex risks and issues.
