Reporting to the management team, you'll oversee the delivery of exceptional service, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving sales, managing labor forecasts, and maintaining high standards of reporting and HR practices.

The Perfect Candidate
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant, bar, or coffee shop environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong knowledge of sales building, labor forecasting, and HR best practices.
  • A natural leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong literacy skills and the ability to analyze data and reports.
