We are an established and expanding SSAIB and BAFE accredited fire and security specialist company based in the midlands, dedicated to providing top-notch services and solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer to join our team and service, maintain and commission systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing, commissioning and attending emergency calls for various systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Servicing and maintaining fire alarm, intruder, CCTV, door access, and nurse call systems
  • Commissioning new installations and ensuring they meet high standards
  • Attending emergency calls and resolving issues promptly

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Extensive experience working with fire, intruder, CCTV, door access, and nurse call systems
  • Strong knowledge of BS5839 and relevant industry standards
  • ECS Card (or willingness to obtain one) and full driving license
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to work as part of a team

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
