About the Role

Xero is a leading cloud accounting platform that empowers small businesses and their advisors to thrive. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and guidance to our customers, helping them get the most out of Xero.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support and advice to customers on Xero's features and functionality.
  • Work closely with customers to resolve issues and queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with Xero's product roadmap and training to deliver best-in-class support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and Xero processes.
What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Accounting or bookkeeping qualification (or working towards) is essential.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
