Job Title: Trainer/Assessor in Forklift Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trainer/Assessor to join our team at a further education institute. As a Trainer/Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering programs, monitoring apprentice progress, and working with employers to ensure successful take-on of apprentices.

About the Role:
  • Deliver programs to students in the main workshop
  • Monitor progress of apprentices and provide feedback
  • Work with employers to ensure successful take-on of apprentices
  • Conduct site visits to ensure everything is in place and everyone is happy during apprenticeships
About You:
  • NVQ Level 3 in a mechanical field
  • Forklift biased experience
  • Fully qualified vehicle technician
  • Training/Mentoring/Assessing experience desirable but not required
