Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Operative to join our team at Care UK. As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of care home residents and staff by performing regular maintenance checks and reporting any faults.
  • Maintain premises and grounds to a high standard, including performing repairs and redecoration work.
  • Conduct fire, basic electrical, and appliance checks with confidence.
  • Report and promptly action any faults, ensuring minimal disruption to our residents and staff.
  • Keep the grounds tidy and contribute to the successful running of the care home as a valuable member of the team.
