Job Title: Personal Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Tax Manager to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As a Personal Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing expert tax advice and planning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tax advice and planning services to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address complex tax issues.
  • Provide exceptional client service, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing expert advice to clients.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualification.
  • Significant experience in a tax role within a practice environment.
  • Confidence in a client-facing role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of personal tax regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
