Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of LKQ Euro Car Parts' product offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
- Work collaboratively with other branch teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Ensure timely completion of call backs and maintain open communication with customers.

- Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to reduce return rates by building stronger relationships with customers.
- Utilize business data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups.
