Job Description

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at MUFG Investor Services, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of our cloud infrastructure on the Microsoft Azure platform, Office 365 services, and Citrix Cloud environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues within the Azure/O365 environment to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Project Management and Documentation: Plan and execute projects to upgrade and improve key IT systems as directed by IT management. Produce and maintain technical documentation and project plans (SOPs/Procedures).
  • Technical Support and Expertise: Provide 2nd & 3rd line technical support for complex issues. Mentor and provide technical expertise to L0/L2 IT support staff.
  • Automation and Scripting: Identify and implement automation solutions for IT tasks using workflows and scripting tools (PowerShell). In-depth understanding of Azure/O365 technology including but not limited to Exchange, Licensing, Security, Endpoint management, Networking.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's/Associates degree in computer engineering, computer science, relevant professional Microsoft accreditations (AZ-900, AZ-104, SC-300, MS-700) or relevant years of experience.
  • ITIL Certified
  • 5 years of experience working within IT systems/Support in a senior/lead capacity with the last few years working with Cloud Technologies.

    • MS Server 2012 – 2022 (Required)
    • Exchange Online (Required)
    • SharePoint (Required)
    • MS Defender Security (Required)
    • Intune (Endpoint management)/SCCM (Required)
    • Manage Engine Products
    • MFA and Conditional Access (Required)
    • Windows 10/11, namely: Microsoft Group Policy, MS Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint/Exchange Online
    • MacOS management (Jamf preferred)
    • iOS/Android
    • Wi-Fi and VPN profile deployment (Palo Alto Global Protect/Prisma an Advantage)
    • System Migration
    • Backup technologies (Azure and Veeam)
    • Networking (Meraki)
    • Cloud Technologies (Azure, O365, AWS)
    • VDi technology (Citrix)
    • Jira
    • Citrix
    • Video Conferencing and AV solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate from technical to user level.
