About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Lead Children's Occupational Therapist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality services to children and families in South London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Occupational Therapists in providing occupational therapy services to children under 5 years of age
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy programs in home, nursery, and clinic settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for children and families
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to occupational therapy services
Requirements
  • NHS experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven experience working with children under 5 years of age
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
