Job Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer

Briggs Equipment UK is seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring all work complies with engineering standards and Briggs/manufacturer specification/tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carrying out inspection/checks on own work as it proceeds and ensuring that the equipment performs satisfactorily and is safe before handing back to the customer.
  2. Identifying any further work required on a machine and ensure the customer is made aware of the fact, especially where a cost to the customer is to be incurred.
  3. Completing all related job and service documentation correctly, with necessary signatures/documents obtained from the customer.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant technical qualification
  2. Previous experience within a similar role
  3. Good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical principles
  4. The ability to work independently and under pressure
  5. The ability to manage and prioritise workload
  6. Understanding customer needs

  2. Overtime is payable at x1.5 Monday - Saturday and x2 on Sunday
