Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, perform, and complete the audit process for each assignment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Regularly discuss progress with clients, identify solutions to hurdles, and ensure reasonable expectations are met.
  • Assist and perform training of junior staff, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Complete assessment forms of audit team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Perform work in accordance with Evelyn Partners audit and assignment procedures, maintaining high standards and quality.
  • Prepare draft accounts/report and completion memo, highlighting control weaknesses or areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with demonstrable audit experience gained within a professional services firm.
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and directly with clients, ensuring effective collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Demonstrable experience of supervising others and delegation of work, promoting team leadership and development.
  • Demonstrable ability to organize self and others, ensuring efficient work management and multiple assignment handling.
