Job Details
We are seeking an experienced and skilled executive assistant to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
The executive assistant will be responsible for a range of tasks, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting organization, expense reconciliation, and office management duties. The successful candidate will also provide administrative support to the leadership team and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 5 years of experience in a similar assistant role, preferably in Financial Services, Banking, or Private Equity. Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role or administrative field are also essential. A degree is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills are required, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A 'hands-on' team player approach is also essential.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This represents an excellent salary package that includes benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, and retirement plans.
