Technician Development Programme

Become a highly skilled engineer with our 4-year Maritime Trades Apprenticeship programme. You'll gain expertise in mechanical, electrical, fabrication, CNC machining, and support engineering, working on complex projects for the Royal Navy.
This apprenticeship combines classroom learning with on-the-job training, ensuring you develop a broad range of skills and knowledge. You'll study core engineering principles, as well as specialist skills in your chosen trade.
