Reports to: Director, Sales Transformation & Strategy

Position Overview:

As a key member of the Sales Excellence & Customer Experience group, the Global Demand Manager will play a critical role in building and executing the Sales Demand Generation Management system. This multi-faceted role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and SIOP, to develop and optimize regional go-to-market strategies and tactics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global sales demand and forecasting process
  • Support Global Sales Leader's demand and pipeline analytics and insights
  • Lead the consolidation of business, customer, and market insights indicators and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain digital tools and dashboards to improve information availability and decision-making
  • Lead the annual Global Sales Analysis process and support GTM Roadmapping events
  • Collaborate with PM and Marketing to develop top 5 tactics and targeted sales campaigns
  • Own regional go-to-market campaign development and execution for Sales teams

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Sales processes, tools, and training
  • Dealer demand management and go-to-market development
  • Net working capital improvement and network design analysis
  • Genie Operating System support
