Job Title: In House Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled In House Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Project Better Energy. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to gauge candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-up.
  • Engage passive candidates, creating a strong pipeline of talent for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Utilize social media and professional networks to identify and reach out to potential candidates.
  • Assist with the creation of job postings and ensure they are visible and optimized across relevant platforms.
  • Provide candidate feedback to recruitment consultants and hiring managers to aid in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with managing the full recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
