About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading motor fraud team as a qualified solicitor or CILEx qualified professional. The ideal candidate will have experience of pre-litigated or litigated RTA fraud files and a strong understanding of insurance litigation practice and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a broad and interesting caseload on behalf of the firm's insurer clients of litigated files where there is suspicion of fraud.
  • Work alongside the team leader on a non-delegated authority basis.
  • Manage a wide range of suspected motor fraud claims, including staged incidents, LVI, bogus passengers, and organised crime.
  • Develop strong advocacy skills and a good knowledge of the litigation process.
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor or CILEx qualified.
  • Experience of pre-litigated or litigated RTA fraud files.
  • Strong understanding of insurance litigation practice and processes.
  • Good knowledge of the litigation process.
  • Strong advocacy skills.
