Synergy Promotions is seeking a skilled Make-up Artist to join our team at the Duty Free Store in Gatwick Airport.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced make-up artist with a sales background and a passion for colour and artistry. The ideal candidate will have excellent team work and customer service skills, with the ability to work weekends, early mornings, and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
  • Develop relationships with customers and colleagues within the cosmetic department
  • Ensure the counter remains stocked and well-presented
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Complete administrative tasks, including sales analysis and ordering
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and launch preparations

Requirements:

  • Retail cosmetics experience
  • Excellent artistry skills and sales ability
  • Effective customer service engagement

Location:

Crawley, West Sussex

Working Hours:

18-48 hours per week

Pay:

From £12.50 per hour, dependent on experience
