Salary:
We offer a highly competitive salary of £105-£110 per day, paid term-time only, reflecting the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent in the field of education.

Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to make a real difference in the lives of young people. As an Academic Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, using a range of strategies and resources to engage students and promote active learning. Your key responsibilities will include planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to drive student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, using a range of teaching strategies and resources.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and collaborating with colleagues to drive student success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, promoting a collaborative learning community.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, adhering to school policies and procedures.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong academic record, including a 1st Class / 2:1 Degree from a reputable university.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, essential for building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Experience working with Secondary-aged students, demonstrating your ability to adapt to their needs.
  • Strong knowledge of the Secondary curriculum and effective teaching practices.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice, ensuring you stay up-to-date with best practices in education.
