Role: Influencer Performance AnalystAs an Influencer Performance Analyst, you'll support the Head of Influencer Performance in maintaining and driving the growth of Myprotein's global influencer program.
You'll report on influencer performance weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly to identify key successes and areas for improvement.
You'll manage the general hygiene of the influencer program, including keeping links, offers, and reporting updated.
You'll identify opportunities for new partnerships to enhance the global influencer program.
You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute influencer campaigns on a global scale.
You'll oversee the invoicing and payment process for influencers through a monthly PO system.

RequirementsWe're looking for a degree-qualified individual with 1+ year of experience in marketing.
You'll need strong analytical skills, a data-minded approach, and proficiency in Excel.
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
You'll have a genuine interest in health, wellbeing, fitness, and digital marketing.
You'll understand the role of influencer marketing in brand awareness, content creation, and driving commercial value.
You'll have knowledge of current and emerging platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
You'll possess excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
You'll be proactive, self-starting, and have strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
