Job Title: Traffic Marshall Position

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to join our team at VGC.

Key Responsibilities:

* Direct and control the movement of vehicles entering and exiting the site
* Ensure that vehicles and pedestrians follow site safety rules and regulations
* Implement traffic management plans to minimize disruption and maximize safety
* Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
* Implement and enforce safety measures to protect site workers, visitors, and the public
* Use appropriate signage, barriers, and other tools to manage traffic flow safely
* Communicate clearly with drivers, site personnel, and pedestrians using hand signals, radios, or other communication devices
* Provide instructions and guidance to ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians
* Act as a point of contact for any traffic-related queries or concerns

Requirements:

* 2 years + experience in a similar role
* Blue CPCS Plant and Vehicle Marshaller qualification
* Safety Critical Medical qualification
* Own transport

Working Hours: 10 hour shifts

Contract: Long term
