Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hydraulic Modelling Expert to join our Sustainable Water Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering flood risk management and mapping projects across various sectors, including highways, rail, energy, nuclear, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical delivery for fluvial and pluvial modelling projects, including experience with flood modelling software.
  • Conduct self-checking of technical work and checking work from the technical team to ensure technical quality.
  • Input into the preparation of new work proposals by supporting scoping and estimation of effort.
  • Data management.
  • Building client relationships to support project delivery and business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in flood risk assessments and knowledge of UK flood risk policy.
  • Project management skills.
  • GIS skills.
