About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team at Broadcast. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of engaging content that attracts new users, educates existing ones, and drives product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging content formats.
  • Identify and implement content opportunities to drive user acquisition.
  • Create and manage consistent content calendars and editorial workflows.
  • Develop high-quality content across articles, videos, newsletters, and pitch decks.
  • Manage internal and external teams to streamline content production.
  • Optimise content for the widest audience reach.
  • Edit, proofread, and optimise key content to improve SEO and readability.
  • A/B test content formats and messaging to identify the most effective approaches.
  • Collaborate with departments to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Analyse content performance metrics to pivot strategy and overall direction.
  • Track and report on KPIs related to company goals.
  • Share insights from a content discipline.
Requirements
  • A systematic and disciplined approach.
  • A pragmatic work ethic, preferring to get things done.
  • Analytical and proactive - can review and take action independently.
  • Basic photo, audio, and video editing knowledge, like the Adobe Suite.
  • Adaptable tone of voice, communicating with clients and shareholders alike.
  • Team leadership skills, able to set direction and follow goals through.
  • Hands-on experience with core content toolkits like CMS and social platforms.
  • Organised, timely, and a methodical thinker, you're always in the loop.
  • At least 2 years of experience working within marketing or content production.
