About the Role:

We are looking for a Fashion Product Manager to join our client's team in Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the production and delivery of products to clients, ensuring timely approvals, and managing critical path to ensure smooth production and delivery.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a merchandising role, preferably with a fashion supplier or retailer. They should also have proficiency in managing multiple tasks, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with software tools for tracking progress and data management.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent role with a Monday to Friday schedule, 9 AM – 5:30 PM.

Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating with customer buyers and merchandisers regarding production and delivery requirements
• Managing critical path to ensure timely approvals, production, and deliveries
• Creating detailed job sheets and raising new orders on internal systems
• Organising final deliveries, including preparing booking requests and packing lists
• Tracking project progress using business software like Airtable and other tools
• Liaising with internal departments (Sales, Design, Production, and Head of Merchandising) to ensure collaboration and efficiency
• Overseeing sample submissions and approvals to meet client specifications
