We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team in Peterlee, County Durham. Our client is a well-established, CQS-accredited law firm with a strong presence in the Northeast.

• Manage a portfolio of conveyancing cases, including freehold, leasehold, and right to buy matters.
• Provide exceptional client care and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Work under own initiative and as part of a team, prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
• Attend clients, give quotes, take instructions, and provide updates.

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Conveyancer.
• Residential and commercial conveyancing experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pension scheme.
• 35-hour working week.
• 25 days' annual holiday (increasing to 30 days with long-term service).
