A local authority in Berkshire is seeking a Highways Solicitor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified lawyer to work on a range of Planning Law and Highways matters.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years PQE in Planning Law and be able to handle a full caseload on Planning and Highways Law from start to completion. They will work on Town and Country Planning (including s106 agreements, policy, minerals and waste, and CIL), highways work (drafting of agreements and notices), and public rights of way.
The role offers a competitive salary of £50-£55 per hour umbrella, flexible hours, and the possibility of remote working. We are looking for someone who is organised, self-motivated, and prepared to contribute to the efficiency of the team.
