As a Fire Remediation Legal Compliance Manager at Peabody, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our properties. This dynamic role involves overseeing all aspects of fire remediation compliance, including regulatory guidance, asset management, risk assessments, and comprehensive lease reviews.

Your Role
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to discuss recent legislative changes impacting fire remediation
  • Review regulatory reports and update compliance records
  • Advise stakeholders on fire safety obligations across various properties

You will be responsible for maintaining detailed title hierarchies, conducting legislative reviews, and creating guidance for our teams. If you're passionate about building safety, supporting residents, and ensuring rigorous compliance, we want to hear from you.

Requirements
  • Experience in compliance, governance, or a legal setting with strong organisational skills
  • Detail-focused, with a deep understanding of regulatory processes, including Land Registry Titles and building safety standards
  • Proactive in solving problems, managing complex tasks, and prioritising effectively
  • An effective communicator, with excellent written skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Adaptable and responsive to evolving legislative requirements, upholding our high standards of compliance

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
