We are looking for a reliable and proactive Support Worker to provide personal and social assistance to an individual with a learning disability and mental health condition.

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the service user, meeting their needs and being accountable to them in all aspects of the work. Key skills include initiative, reliability, and respect for privacy and confidentiality.

No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and develop skills is essential. Good general health is also important.

An enhanced DBS check will be required, paid for by the employer.

The role involves assisting with daily tasks, providing emotional support, and helping the service user maintain independence.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, including £12.10 per hour, plus opportunities for professional development and growth.
