Job Title: MBSE Configuration Management Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Configuration Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering Configuration Management team, you will be responsible for planning and executing configuration management activities, ensuring effective leadership and collaboration with stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute configuration management activities to ensure effective model-based systems engineering
  • Liaise with stakeholders and teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
  • Lead and manage configuration management activities to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of improved ways of working and processes to enhance team efficiency
  • Support the Integration Team in change management activities

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or significant experience in a related Engineering discipline
  • Experience using MathWorks toolsets, including MATLAB and Simulink
  • Experience in configuration management and virtual testing environments is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to support interfaces across functional work streams and stakeholders
