About the Role
The role of a Support Worker at Salutem Care & Education is a truly fulfilling one, where you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. As a key member of our team, you will implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance. You will also develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth, support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs, facilitate effective communication, maintain detailed, person-centered records, oversee medication processes, and support individuals in self-administration. Your daily tasks will involve maintaining a safe, clean-living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and being proactive and innovative in your approach.
