About the Role

  • Assist the teacher in managing the classroom and student behavior during morning sessions, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  • Evaluate potential risks to ensure the safety and well-being of children, taking proactive measures to prevent incidents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with SEMH needs.
  • Apply knowledge of the KS2 curriculum to support lesson delivery and enhance student engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with children and adults, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.

Requirements and Qualifications
