Job Description

**Job Title:** Performance Reporting Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Reporting Manager to join our team at the Defence Infrastructure Organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support in the development and implementation of reporting solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions that provide timely and accurate insights to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data insights.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
  • Provide training and support to business stakeholders on the use of reporting solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing reporting solutions using data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of data quality and integrity principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform business decision-making.
  • Experience with data validation and cleansing processes.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
